Iron Chef or Hell's Kitchen?

After a nite out, bar hopping from Boat Quay to Clarke Quay with Shirin, Genevieve and Ran, our Italian Chinese hunk, the last thing I want to do is to get out of bed. But then, at about 1030am, Wendy called to say that she is bringing my dear princess over! No more fever, can come. Great news! But that means lunch to cook without a single thing in the fridge, without a menu mapped out!
Mad rush to wash up, gulped down some yakky coffee and went off to get grocery. All this while, planning the menu in my mind; not too sure at that time if I was even dreaming :p
11.15pm Back from market with 3 bagfuls of ingredients
A mad rush to wash, chop and cut up all ingredients. Luckily got kitchen helper and of course Wesley to document the progress
Onions, garlic and curry powder
Trying to pan fried fish in a non stick pan that is no longer "NON" stick!
1 hour and 15mins later
Curry Vegetables with cabbages, brinjals, carrots, cauliflowers, green beans and tau pok
Diced chicken with cashew nuts
Pan fried shrimps with ketchup
And last but not least "Sauted Fish". All broken up cos the pan sticked!!!Need a new non stick pan.
