I hope.. hahhaa Meanwhile I am trying very hard to concentrate on my Bazi analysis. Study! Is so easy to get distracted. Look I am now blogging. A while ago I was "farming" @ Farmville and clearing weeds @ Barn Buddy. Sigh... must get back to my studying!!!!!!!!!!! Oh wait, forgot to mention. Something else to look forward to tonight. Braised Duck. Will be cooking that later. After my delayed breakfast/brunch, almost lunch maybe teabreak. Even got a bottle of white chilling in the fridge for tonight. Nice eh. Dr Lynn Yeo - www.lynnyeo.com.sg Its been 11 days after the implant... I am seeing fine now. Close vision still not too good but according to Dr. Yeo, my eyes are still adjusting. That probably explained the fact that at certain time of the day I see fine and some time, a little out of focus. For near sighted reading, it helps using a reading glass. At least for now; may gets better, may not. But thats just for reading. Otherwise everything else is ok. This is specially for Bert. He wanted mashed potatoes. But hey, i did bought the spuds, wanted to cook it but found out at last minute mum used it to cook curry! So sorry, Bert, no mashed potatoes for you. But here, have a look at how we do it and maybe can get Pimpat to cook for you. Here it goes, skinned the Russet potatoes (have to use US Russet, others not as nice), boiled them till soft and add salt, butter, black pepper and milk. Start mashing... And what better to go with mashed spuds but bratwurst and my so special gravy..... and here what i used for my gravy - Barbecue Sauce, Mustard, Some Italian dressings (can substitute with olive oil and some Italian spices), Worchester sauce (not shown here), sugar and for moisture, i added some Heineken....Tiger or Bud will do too :-) Add a bit of cornstarch and stir... No beer, water also can la. .. set aside. Not shown in picture is how I cooked the Bratwurst... did that so many times so never thought of taking photos. Anyway, it...
