Dunked in red wine, vodka and different spices..
Hahhaha, don't even know how to pronounce it.. but found this recipe in the internet..
A really fun way to cook Pork knuckles.. Apparently need to marinade for 7 days, cooked and chilled for 1 day and then finally baked again.
And best part, marinade with red wine and vodka.. Actually recipe calls for either one but I took my alcoholic friend, (I can't remember who, was it Alvin or Steven), add both!
Can't wait for coming Sunday - Oktoberfest Brunch to celebrate National Day. How cool!
