It's been seven years since I last posted in this blog. With the advancement of FB and Instagram, blogging seems so passe! And yet, when out of curiosity, I revisited this site recently, I found much joy in reading my own past blog. Trivial it may seems.. but definitely makes an interesting read for myself.. There's a lot of "really? " and "did I actually did this or felt his way? " So I think it's most appropriate to refresh this blog with my recent pursue. I had in the past two years learnt and still learning to meddle with my Canon EOS 760D. Partly inspired by Dom's banoffee's pie. Took a walk to the nearby RiverVale Mall to buy bananas and condensed milk after reading his blog.. But the bananas over there looks pretty much like those that Dom bought before going to NZ.. So it's a tub of chocolate ice cream instead. Back from Bhutan for almost a month already. And you know what, I miss that place, the last Shangri la. No a city girl like me will probably not survive there. But to be able to go there once in a while (maybe twice a year) would be quite comforting. Scaling new heights and getting back to nature - that will do one's soul good ;p And of course, being away from the hustle bustle and not having to work; who would complain? I've made my way up there. No kidding! Nomads staying up in the mountains. . they usually stayed in one place for a month or two while their yaks graze in the vicinity.
