Day 3 - Ropeway, Cable car n Pirate Cruise

Hearty breakfast to start off the day; and this time, is on the house. View from our room. Great weather! A short walk from hotel to Gora for the Ropeway ride. Ropeway inclusive in the 2 days Hakone Pass Pirate Cruise. And of course, mum with her bags again. And the famous outdoor onsen. Has a fruity odor. Not intoxicating. Green tea. Don't quite like the smell. Much prefer the wine Hot sake follow by charcoal for detox Finally clear water to wash off .... Oh wait, don't forget the coffee. Piping hot too. ........ And after a long day, its cup noodles in the room.. economical too

Day 2 - Hakone from Shinjuku Station

As usual, mummy with the luggage. But this time we are waiting for Shirin n Daisy to get the Hakone pass Shinjuku station during off peak hours We should have got on this Limited Express. instead, we took the regular train which took us over 2 1/2 hours! Okasan and our Japanese auntie. And here's our taxi driver who double up as a sightseeing guide. Our hotel for the next 2 days. These two are in charge of the itinerary........ Free flow of champagne, wines and beers between 5pm to 7pm.....now that's what i called a great hotel :-P

Day One - Tokyo/Hakone here we come...

Bling Trios plus One in Tokyo! Yes, our first trip with Shirin and she is fun, fun, fun! Mum, Daisy and myself took the night flight on 6th April. And yes, SQ from the brand new T3. Its hugh! I mean u don't just take a sky train from terminal to terminal. Here, you even take the sky train to your boarding gate cos it's too far to walk. And of course shopping started right after check in! Here's mummy looking after our bags while we shopped..,.. Shirin met us there the next day. And Steven, you guess it so right, she decided to join us after hearing about our trip but could not get a seat on the same flight. You so smart. Flight delayed and long queue in custom. Took us over 2 hours to get thru.. But was great to have your personal limo waiting outside when u get out. And pardon this first time blogger, never thought of taking photos of the pickup and Hotel Grand Palace. See now I know why Shirin is taking photos all the time. Well, but at least I've photos of ...
